Hi there, my name is Jonas. I was born and raised in the beautiful central part of Switzerland. In 2021, I reached a turning point in my life. Feeling unfulfilled and lost in my corporate Job, I didn’t know where and how to fit in this world. I was seeking change, purpose and passion.

So I set out on what was meant to be a brief escape but ended up turning my life around 180 degrees. A three week trip through Kenya and Tanzania made me fall in love with Africa. I felt a great sense of belonging. I reconnected with both myself and nature.

Just a few weeks after this life changing trip, I took a leap and quit my job in Switzerland and enroll in a year-long Safari Guide Training Program in South Africa and Botswana. 

Picking up a camera and sharing my life in the African bush on social media changed my life. I’ve never been great at expressing my feelings with words. Through the viewfinder of my camera I’m able to share my passion for wild animals, nature and the conservation of our planet’s last wilderness.
